What we charge

To sell a home you need a sale contract, and in NSW the law requires a contract to be ready before the home is marketed.

We charge a single fixed fee for doing all legal work from the start to the completion of your sale.

In addition to this fixed fee, the law requires inclusion in the contract of a number of documents that must be ordered from third parties. We do not add any margin on third party costs. We only charge what it costs us.
